| Immature Stages
  of Heliodinidae  Detailed
  information on immature stages of Heliodinidae is being acquired.  However, Hollinger & Parks (1919)
  noted that Euclemensia bassettella Clemens, a common predator
  on Kermes galliformis Riley in Texas,
  have larvae that feed on large masses of eggs located beneath them.  Prior to pupation the mature larva cuts a
  circular or oval hole in the scale=s dorsum, and closes the opening with a
  silk mesh.  A single generation is
